Information We Collect
We collect information that you directly provide to us, as well as data automatically generated when you interact with the QUVO platform.
Full name, email address, mobile phone number, city of residence, and account credentials provided during registration or booking.
Occasion details, styling neighborhood preferences, budget ranges, gender preferences, body type notes, and wardrobe photos uploaded during intake.
Order details, session schedules, and transaction tokens generated via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store raw credit card numbers or CVVs.

How We Use Your Information
Delivering Personal Styling Curations
Your style intake answers and uploaded inspiration/wardrobe images are shared strictly with your matched QUVO Personal Stylist to enable them to curate bespoke outfits, mood boards, and lookbooks tailored to your preferences.
Service Fulfillments & Notifications
We use your contact details to process session bookings, manage slot holds, send SMS/WhatsApp intake notifications, provide order confirmations, and assist you with customer support.
Platform Integrity & Fraud Prevention
Usage logs and account data help us detect suspicious login activities, prevent fraudulent transactions, enforce our Terms of Use, and optimize overall platform speed and reliability.
Information Sharing & Third Parties
QUVO strictly limits access to your personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Information is shared only under the following limited circumstances:
- Assigned Personal Stylists: Matched stylists receive access to your intake responses and photos solely to perform the styling service you booked.
- Essential Infrastructure Providers: Secure payment processing via Razorpay, media asset hosting via Cloudinary/AWS, and transactional communications under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by applicable Indian laws, judicial proceedings, court orders, or governmental requests.
